Jade has taught me for years and there is a reason people love her classes so much. Not only did she support me in reaching my pole goals but built up my confidence in what was such a new (and sometimes scary) skill.

Jade is so incredibly creative and caring, always working to provide variations and entries that work with the individual’s body. I always leave Jades class giggling and with a big smile on my face.

I entered a new studio and Jade was my first course instructor, I was nervous being in a new level but Jade instantly put me at ease. I was able to improve my technique and strength while learning new skills.

She creates such a supportive and encouraging environment in every space that she enters and gets you excited to progress and improve. I would highly recommend any of Jade’s classes.

Liz is an amazing teacher, be it for technical training or a super fun choreo. Liz’s technical knowledge, musicality, and strong dance background shines in her fun and easy to follow routines.

I especially love the way Liz responds to each students personal goals, takes requests for songs (no matter how challenging the song) and always brings a fun and bubbly personality to class!
