Intro to Pole

Never tried pole before?  This is where you start!  This is our introductory course to pole dancing.  We start with the foundational movements around the pole, some core strength building tricks and a whole lot of fun!  Have you told yourself you’re not strong enough to start?  You don’t need to be!  Everyone starts here to build their strengths and capabilities. 

Beginner

Our beginner course is for those who’ve had a bit of an introduction to pole and ready to learn the next steps!  In this course we build upon that foundational strength, challenge you with more up the pole progressions, starting to build confidence and form trick sequences.

Required capability:

• Pole climb

Intermediate

So you’ve mastered those beginner tricks?  Here’s where to start to take you more vertical!  In intermediate, we progress to inverted tricks, leg hangs and more challenging combos.  This tricks are your foundational tricks that are essential to a pole dancers abilities.

Required capability:

• Invert

High Intermediate

High intermediate will see a rotation of different tricks as parts of progressions of what was previously learnt in intermediate.  Strength is required to maintain and perform tricks and combos up the pole as well as starting to introduce tricks that require higher levels of flexibility.

Required capability:

• Straddle invert
• Leg hangs

Advanced

For the more experienced polers, tricks are now being performed up the pole and incorporate a number grips, transitions and harder sequences while maintaining correct technique.  Students are expected to have a high level of mobility and strength in this level.

Required capability:

• Aerial invert
• Shoulder mount

High Advanced

High advanced students will be challenged with a number of rotating tricks and interesting transitions and entry variations.  Students should feel comfortable in a range of hand, knee and body grips and dynamic movements.

• Brass Monkey

Elite Prep

You have mastered all those advanced tricks!  You are now ready to incorporate all you’ve learnt into highly advanced moves and sequences.  You’ll explore a broad range of strength and flexibility in challenging combinations to further build your repertoire and make you a more dynamic pole dancer!

• Handspring
• Aerial shoulder mount

Casual Classes

Just Pole Dance

Calling all dancers! In this class we are here to do exactly that, just dance! Learn a piece of choreography from your fabulous teacher and then repeat it to an entire song. Each class is a unique dance and varies in style. All teachers get to bring their own flair to this class and will allow you to find yours!

Kneepads required. Heels or socks optional.

Pole Flow

This floaty fun dance class is structured on fluidity, soft movements and continuous flow. Focusing on technique and movement; to get you gliding around the pole and feel connected to your body.

Kneepads required. Heels or socks optional.

Exotic Pole

We are taking pole dancing to the next level in this class! Think sensual, intricate movements around the pole, entwining attitude and ferocity to create this niche style of pole dance. Incorporating Russian, hardstyle and old school, exotic pole is for experienced dancers wanting to expand their dance style.

Knee pads and heels required.

Stretch and Mobility

As pole dancers, we ask a lot of our bodies! It’s important to reconnect with ourselves and give our bodies the support they need. This class not only focuses on flexibility to help us get into those pretty split tricks, but also general mobility to help ease our movement around the pole. Strengthening moves are incorporated as well so that our body feels safe to hit those end range movements of splits and straddles.

Mats provided. Knee pads and socks optional.

Just Tricks

The name says it all, Just Tricks! This is the class for those avid tricksters, who spend hours on Instagram reels searching for the next exciting pole trick. In this class you will learn tricks outside your regular course class. These tricks will vary every single week, meaning you have endless new and exciting things to learn, adapt and perfect, ready for your next Instagram post.

Open Pole

Think of it as a supervised practice. This class is catered for those who want to work on their tricks but aren’t confident to practice alone, those who missed their course class and need a catch up, or those attempting something new. In this session you will have your teacher there to break it down, guide you and even catch you if you shall require it. Open to all levels and abilities, the teacher will be able to adapt to what you require. Warm up and cool down included.

Flo-ography

Flow style is a dance choreo-based casual class where you are focussed on learning how to connect with your body and simply feel the music. As you learn a variety of basic movements, technique is taught for guidance only as you work through a range of movements ranging in textures, tempo and standing to floor choreography. No dance or fitness experience needed! Just need an open mind to dance your heart out.

Filthy Floorwork

Slink your way into the weekend with this fun and sexy class. Learning a sexy floorwork routine! This is a beginner friendly class, where all moves will be broken down for you and options provided so that everyone leaves feeling sexy, confident.

Commercial Heels

This high-energy dance class combines commercial dance elements with heel techniques, focusing on fierce choreography, body alignment, and performance skills. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just starting, Commercial Heels offers a supportive environment where you’ll learn everything from basic footwork to intricate routines, all designed to help you feel empowered and graceful in heels. Expect to work on posture, balance, and strength, while also exploring musicality and personal expression. Get ready to strut, sweat, and own the room—this class is all about having fun and embracing your inner icon!

Pole Basework

Ground yourself and elevate your pole skills with Base Work! This class is focused on mastering movements at the base of the pole, creating fluid and captivating floorwork sequences that highlight strength, control, and sensuality. You’ll learn grounded spins, transitions, and floor-based tricks that emphasize flexibility and flow, allowing you to move seamlessly around the pole without leaving the floor. Perfect for dancers looking to build confidence in low-flow movements, Base Work combines foundational pole techniques with grounded choreography for a full-body workout that’s as empowering as it is artistic.
